New Guinea Fruit Company has proudly partnered with organisations committed to improving the livelihoods of rural communities across Papua New Guinea.
Through our collaboration with Oxfam International’s Livelihoods Program, we helped create a positive and lasting impact for hundreds of beekeepers in the Eastern Highlands Province. Together, we delivered beekeeper training, improved productivity, strengthened honey quality, and increased the national supply of premium Papua New Guinea honey, achieving significant milestones along the way.
We also acknowledge the valuable support previously provided by the Market Development Facility (MDF). Through this partnership, MDF assisted New Guinea Fruit Company in strengthening farmer engagement, developing training resources, identifying market opportunities, and, with AusAID funding, supporting the acquisition of world-class honey processing equipment. These investments have contributed to the long-term growth and sustainability of our honey industry.
